“Moha by Geetanjali is a unique brand of silver jewellery designer in India. They have been manufacturing pure silver jewelry since 1912. And based out in Thane, Maharashtra. There jewellery is made of 92.5 sterling silver to suit any occasion in a woman’s life. They use natural materials in Jewellery which make them sustainable for environment. They focus on ancient Indian culture and heritage. They started eCommerce d2c paid ads in 2020.
OBJECTIVE
To Increase sales and ROAS for the brand while taking into consideration metric Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
THEIR GOAL
The brand wanted to Increase their Conversion rate and ROAS and grow their sales across India.
THE CHALLENGES
They had a steady monthly revenue. As a result, conversion rate was stagnant Not all Products were salable.

When Moha started working with Us. First we read Data through Analytics, Past metrics and Numbers. After going through past data, Fincampaign make performance marketing strategy for them. We make Conversion Funnel for them We tried a variety of potential targeting audience every week. Our communication needed to be strong enough to attract more audiences who would eventually purchase our products. As a performance marketing we tried to sync Website content and social Media content to maintain same Flow. Our Campaign Strategy was to focus on increasing brand awareness, traffic campaigns to increase website traffic and then later move to conversion campaigns & remarketing campaigns by targeting those who visited our website or added items in our cart or initiated checkout in the last 30 days. We applied a similar strategy for lookalike campaigns.
RESULT
We have generated 4X ROAS for them Increasing conversion rate by 0.25%. Increasing (LTV) Life Time Value of Customer and Reducing (CAC) Customer Acquisition Cost by 8%. We started generating more sales using videos and carousel ads on the chosen platforms. We achieved over 13L+ sales with an average order value of Rs. 1,000+.
