Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FinCampaign Digital Marketing Agency (“Agreement,” “Terms of services), we strive to provide high-quality performance marketing services tailored to your business needs. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a client wishes to cancel services or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of performance marketing and digital advertising services, including the costs associated with launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns, all payments made to FinCampaign are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Initial setup fees.
- Monthly management fees.
- Campaign budget amounts paid to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook).
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- If no work has been performed on the project after payment is made.
- If a technical error or billing mistake has occurred on our part.
In such cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of FinCampaign’s management.
2. Cancellation Policy
A. Client-Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice to [azeem@fincampaign.com]. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon.
For monthly retainer services:
- If you cancel before the start of the next billing cycle, no further payments will be charged.
- Any outstanding payments for work already performed must be settled before cancellation is finalized.
For project-based services:
- Cancellations for project-based services will not result in a refund of fees paid for work already completed.
- If a project is cancelled after the project has commenced, you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
B. FinCampaign-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:
- You fail to make payments on time.
- You violate our terms and conditions or engage in illegal activities.
- Your campaign poses a reputational or legal risk to our business.
In cases of termination initiated by us due to non-compliance with terms or failure to pay, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund and Cancellation Process
A. Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@fincampaign.com with the following details:
- Your name and contact information.
- The reason for requesting a refund.
- Supporting documentation, if applicable.
Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days.
B. Cancellation Request
To cancel services, please submit your request in writing to contact@fincampaign.com.Your cancellation will be processed within 5 business days, and we will confirm the effective date of cancellation.
4. No Refund for Third-Party Fees
We do not provide refunds for any third-party advertising fees (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) paid as part of the campaign budget. Once these funds are spent, they are not recoverable.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
